Shipping

For shipping you will receive a trackingnumber by mail so that you know your product is sent out.
All products will be delivered by Tnt post or UPS with deliverwarranty. If a product is received dameged, please notify MEZATRONIC immediately. During transport, you are responsible for your product to arrives at your address.
It might be possible that our site does not give an deliver option for certain deliver areas. In that case contact us and whe will look for an other deliver solution.

Warranty & Returns

All our products have a Condition Guarantee of 6 months unless otherwise indicated.
When you have purchased a product wich is defect or fault by factory, please notify us by phone or e-mail at info@mezatronic.nl and after registration you will receive an RMA number so you can send us the package to:

After receiving the product, we will test it and within 5 working days you will receive information about the further handling. This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund.
